Job summary

Arup is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join a global Delivery team, working with Business Analysts, Delivery Managers, Architects, PPM, PMO and Business Change under the Head of Delivery. You will support a prioritised portfolio of projects and programmes and deliver management and technical products for a broad client base.

You will engage in governance, RAID, benefits realisation and dependency management, leveraging MSP for detailed planning, and participate in communities of practice

Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects with sponsors and end users, achieving tangible business outcomes and benefits realisation.
• Ability to manage a range of technology and change projects and exposure to programme management as part of a group strategy.
• Ability to establish an effective governance model, chair project boards, KPIs and robust status reporting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver management and technical products, subject to internal audits and assurance.
• Lead project delivery, RAID logging, benefits realisation and dependency management.
• Engage in communities of practice and skills networks; contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
