Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related; Master's/PhD preferred.
• Extensive software engineering experience in financial services or regulated sectors.
• Deep backend experience with Java/Spring and microservices.
• Proven people leadership of senior engineers in a globally distributed team.
• Experience in Blockchain/Digital Assets development and tokenization.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Familiarity with Web3 libraries and Solidity smart contracts.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end CIDAP technical strategy and architecture.
• Provide guidance on backend, Web3 infrastructure, and distributed systems.
• Champion engineering excellence in code quality, resilience, and performance.
• Lead recruitment and development of engineering talent.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of multi-workstream initiatives.
• Drive Agile practices and CI/CD discipline.
