Job summary

Citi London is hiring a Senior Blockchain Engineer for the Digital Assets Platform. You will be a hands-on backend engineer (Java Spring) focusing on scalable web applications and web3 integration, contributing to the CIDAP project within Citi's engineering network.

Strong enterprise development experience and familiarity with Web3 libraries are required. This role offers hybrid work up to two days per week, a competitive base salary, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or Engineering; MS/PhD a plus.
• Extensive software development & testing lifecycle experience.
• Experience in backend web development with Java Spring; fintech exposure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of applications meeting quality standards.
• Contribute to docs and collaborate in a distributed team.
