Job summary

Citibank (Switzerland) AG is seeking a Director for Digital Assets Client Solutions in London to lead the commercialization and delivery of institutional digital asset and collateral management capabilities across Citi's Investor Division.

The role requires 10+ years in institutional finance, deep collateral expertise, and a proven track record in client solutions, strategy, and leadership. Hybrid work model with global client exposure and collaboration across multiple functions.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in institutional financial services, with exposure to markets, securities services, collateral management, or digital assets.
Deep expertise in collateral management frameworks across Prime Brokerage, Repo, Securities Lending, OTC Derivatives, Margin Services, and Clearing.
Experience leading client solutions, product strategy, and full product lifecycle delivery in a senior capacity.

Responsibilities

Lead design, commercialization, and client implementation of digital asset solutions for institutional investors globally.
Define and execute client strategies for collateral mobility, optimization, liquidity, and capital efficiency in traditional and digital assets.
Own product roadmap, integrating market intelligence, client feedback, and technology trends to drive innovation.
