Job summary

Copello is hiring for a DevOps & Infrastructure Lead to steer secure, high-throughput data platforms across on-premise and cloud environments. You will lead DevOps, infrastructure engineering, CI/CD, observability, and platform automation while guiding teams to deliver reliable services in demanding National Security projects.

You will mentor engineers, shape roadmaps with engineering leaders, and drive secure, scalable operations through modern tooling and practices.

Qualifications

• Strong DevOps or infrastructure engineering experience, ideally with experience leading or mentoring technical teams.
• Experience delivering secure cloud infrastructure and on-premise platforms.
• Proficient in infrastructure as code using Terraform and Helm.
• Experience with automation or tooling development using Go.
• Solid CI/CD and GitOps tooling, including ArgoCD and automated deployment pipelines.
• Good observability skills with Prometheus and Grafana.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team developing, operating and improving secure on-premise and cloud data platform capabilities.
• Partner with engineering and customer technical leaders to shape platform and delivery roadmaps.
• Design, develop and operate high throughput, high capacity data platforms in cloud and on premise.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment approaches.
• Implement observability, logging and alerting to support resilient platform operations.
• Use IaC and automation with Helm, Go and Terraform to deliver repeatable environments.
• Mentor engineers and promote modern DevOps practices.
