Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a DevSecOps Lead to architect and govern secure delivery across multiple teams in the UK. You will design and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines, integrate security tooling, and ensure IaC practices meet governance and compliance requirements.

The role requires hands-on leadership, cloud experience (AWS) and a strong focus on security, observability, and incident response. A SC clearance path and UK residency are relevant to eligibility, with extensive learning opportunities

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a DevSecOps Lead in large delivery programmes.
• Hands-on and able to lead teams across CI/CD, security tooling, and IaC.
• Experience delivering within UK public sector lifecycle (GDS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Integrate security scanning into build, test and deployment processes.
• Manage vulnerability lifecycle, secrets management and policy enforcement.
• Govern Infrastructure as Code adoption across teams and environments.
• Collaborate with developers to embed secure-by-design practices.
