Job summary

ClearRoute Limited is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design and implement modern production paths, using Crossplane for ephemeral environments and rapid go-live. The role is hybrid, with one day on client site in Horsham and one day in London.

You will build end-to-end delivery pipelines, configure Kubernetes-based platforms, and collaborate with engineers to accelerate adoption of the platform. You’ll contribute hands-on from early in engagements, driving reliable, scalable systems.

Qualifications

• Senior-level engineering experience in a hands-on delivery role.
• Strong, essential experience with Kubernetes, Argo CD and GitHub Actions.
• Solid background in CI/CD and building end-to-end delivery pipelines into production.

Responsibilities

• Build and own end-to-end delivery pipelines, from development through to production.
• Configure the platform for container-based applications running on Kubernetes.
• Demonstrate and walk through the path to production with platform engineers and developers, helping them adopt it confidently.
• Get up to speed quickly in a new environment and technology stack, contributing hands-on from early in the engagement.
