Job summary

Netcompany is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join a multi-disciplinary team in the UK. You will implement improvements, accelerate delivery, and improve software quality while aligning development and operations under a unified, automation-driven approach.

Key skills include AWS, CI/CD, Terraform, Kubernetes, and Jenkins, with a strong emphasis on automation, monitoring, and proactive improvement. UK work eligibility and travel willingness are required.

Qualifications

5+ years as a DevOps engineer.
Strong knowledge of AWS and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with Terraform (IaC), Kubernetes and Helm.
Experience with multiple databases and integration.
Monitoring tools to ensure reliability and performance.
Experience with AWS Cloud and Jenkins pipelines.
Java + Maven experience for builds; scripting in Python.
Willingness to travel and UK work eligibility; ability to obtain clearance.

Responsibilities

Implement and support improvements to accelerate delivery times and improve software quality.
Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team across Development, QA, IT Operations, Infosec, and UCD.
Translate business requirements into technical DevOps solutions and keep stakeholders aligned.
Maintain and evolve CI/CD pipelines and automation tooling, ensuring reliability.
