Job summary

Kybera is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to build and scale the engineering and operational backbone behind autonomous technology. You will shape the DevOps and platform engineering approach, design deployment patterns, and lead release engineering across cloud, on-premises, and customer-site environments.

You will implement robust CI/CD pipelines, improve observability, and embed security and compliance into all deployment processes, while driving reliability and incident response across

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering.
• Production AWS experience.
• Experience designing and scaling CI/CD across multiple repositories.

Responsibilities

• Shape Kybera's DevOps and platform engineering approach across infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, reliability and security.
• Design scalable platform architectures spanning cloud, on-premises, hybrid and customer-site environments.
• Build reusable deployment standards and patterns that scale across products and future deployments.
• Build, maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines across multiple repositories and components.
• Lead release engineering and deployment automation.
• Embed security, safety, compliance, auditability and traceability into infrastructure and deployment processes.
• Lead incident response and drive reliability improvements.
