CAC I UK is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join an Agile team on a major government-focused project. The role involves designing and maintaining AWS cloud infrastructure, deploying Kubernetes clusters, and building automated tooling for continuous delivery and monitoring.

You will contribute to security, compliance, and disaster recovery while driving performance improvements and cost efficiency. You will mentor junior engineers and collaborate with stakeholders across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in a DevOps role on large-scale projects.
• Ability to design and operate cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven leadership and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Designing, implementing and maintaining cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Deploying, scaling, and managing Kubernetes clusters; using Docker and Helm.
• Developing automated tools for building, deployment, monitoring and maintenance.
• Maintaining security, compliance and disaster recovery policies.
• Optimising infrastructure for availability, cost and performance.
• Mentoring junior DevOps engineers.
