Job summary

DISCO is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead AWS-based cloud infrastructure and the control plane for our growing platform. You will own automation, reliability, and performance, while guiding junior engineers and collaborating with product, security, and internal customers.

You will drive scalable design, implement best-practices for pipelines and observability, and shape our cloud strategy through hands-on leadership and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in DevOps/Infrastructure with emphasis on AWS and automation.
• Experience building and operating cloud-native platforms at scale.
