Job summary

TP ICAP is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer in Belfast to lead modernization of engineering capabilities, focusing on automation of development, testing and production delivery. The role involves hands-on work and guiding teams globally to adopt new tools and practices, aimed at improving productivity and production resiliency.

You will drive automation for CI/CD pipelines, environment management, logging and monitoring, with experience in AWS and containerised deployments, and a strong emphasis

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Proven experience leading DevOps transformations in financial/tech environments.
• Strong knowledge of cloud, automation, and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Design DevOps modernization and adoption strategy across platforms.
• Engineer internal tooling to automate build/test/delivery pipelines.
• Automate releases and improve production stability through observability.
