A leading media company in the UK is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer who will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of their Digital Audio platform. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, building infrastructure, and guiding teams toward modern DevOps methods. The role offers a permanent full-time position with remote working options available, providing an opportunity to make a direct impact on millions of listeners.

You’ll be joining Bauer Media Audio, home to some of Europe’s most loved audio brands. Our Digital Audio team powers the platforms that millions use every day to stream, discover, and enjoy audio content. We collaborate across product, engineering, and security to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure services that make radio proud at cloud scale.
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you’ll be the heartbeat behind the uptime, performance, and security of our Digital Audio platform. You’ll shorten the path from code to customer, coach teams in modern DevOps practices, and ensure our systems stay calm under pressure. Your work will directly impact millions of listeners by keeping experiences instant, secure, and smooth.
You will lead reliability efforts, build infrastructure, and partner with teams to deliver value that lands.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Permanent, full-time, remote within the UK (hybrid optional). Includes participation in incident support rotas.
