JOB SUMMARY
Managing the successful procurement and delivery of large scale complex construction projects, focusing mainly on infrastructure works, with full responsibility for all technical matters, from inception to completion. Development managers must be able to demonstrate experience of managing external multi-disciplinary teams and liaising with third party stakeholders (utility companies and highway authorities) to successfully deliver projects to strict deadlines, within budget and to required quality standards. The Development Manager must possess relevant qualifications, with appropriate construction project experience. An appreciation of the planning process and wider issues and risks associated with the development process is also required.
