Qualifications

• 5 years experience as a Software Developer.
• Experience managing and leading a team.
• Strong understanding of coding methods and best practices.
• Experience interviewing end-users for insights.
• Hands-on experience developing test cases and test plans.
• Knowledge of data privacy practices and laws.
• ITIL Foundation or Intermediate preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the existing development team.
• Develop, test, and maintain the Case Management System.
• Design, document, and modify software specifications throughout the life cycle.
• Assist in defining project plans including scoping and scheduling.
• Analyze existing business systems and procedures.
• Collaborate with network admins, systems analysts, and engineers to resolve issues.
• Design and build bespoke applications and portals leveraging PowerApps.
• Write, translate, and code software programs per specifications.
• Write scripts to enhance functionality and performance.
• Design, run, and monitor software performance tests to fix errors.
• Generate statistics and reports on the programming process.
• Extend Case Management with T-SQL and .NET (C#) external functions.
• Test and implement hotfixes and upgrades.
• Regularly check Task Servers and KPI/MIWH integrity.
