You will work closely with legal, operational and technology teams to support efficient, secure workflows. The ideal candidate has experience with iManage, Proclaim, SOS or VisualFiles and strong SQL

Qualifications

• Experience developing and maintaining case management systems.
• Knowledge of legal workflows and business processes is desirable.
• Proficiency with case management platforms and data integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure and maintain case management systems and related applications.
• Design and implement solutions to support legal and business processes.
• Translate requirements into practical technical solutions with stakeholders.
• Develop workflows, forms, templates, integrations, reports and automated processes.
• Ensure systems are robust, secure and scalable and document changes.
