Job summary

Clear IT Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Developer to join our client's Manchester office on a full-time hybrid basis. You will lead and support the existing development team, develop and maintain the Case Management System, and help define software specifications throughout the production life cycle.

The role requires strong .NET/C#, SQL (T-SQL) and PowerApps experience, plus prior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Software Developer
• Experience in leading a team
• Strong coding practices and methods
• Experience interviewing end-users for insight into functionality
• Hands-on test case and test plan development
• Familiar with data privacy practices and laws
• ITIL Foundation/ Intermediate preferred but not essential

Responsibilities

• Manage, support and provide guidance to the existing development team
• Develop, test, and maintain the Case Management System
• Design, document, and modify software specifications throughout the production life cycle
• Assist in defining software development project plans, including scoping and scheduling
• Analyse and assess existing business systems and procedures
• Collaborate with analysts and engineers to resolve software problems
• Extend Case Management processes using .NET technologies
• Test and implement hotfixes and upgrades
• Monitor server operation and data integrity
