• Working knowledge of CDM regulations and construction Health & Safety.
• Experience in large-scale project delivery.

• Lead the Design team in delivering responsibilities and ensuring focus on customer requirements.
• Account for the expenditure and manage overall outturn costs for design.
• Contribute to achieving sustainability targets.
