Qualifications

• Extensive experience within civil engineering, infrastructure or water sector projects.
• Strong background in Design Management on major projects.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary design teams and external consultants.
• Excellent understanding of buildability, design coordination and project delivery.
• Strong programme management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and value engineering.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all design activities across water and wastewater infrastructure schemes.
• Influence major projects from concept through to delivery and ensure timely design delivery.
