VolkerWessels is recruiting a Senior Design Manager in Ely, Cambridgeshire to lead design activities for major water and wastewater infrastructure schemes. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage design delivery from concept to delivery, and work closely with stakeholders to align with project objectives.

As such, we have an exciting opportunity for a collaborative and commercially aware Senior Design Manager who thrives in a complex project environment and enjoys working with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

As Senior Design Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in leading and coordinating all design activities across significant water and wastewater infrastructure schemes. This role offers the opportunity to influence major projects from concept through to delivery, helping shape the future of water infrastructure across the region.

About you

• Degree-level qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Chartered status (CEng, MICE or equivalent) or working towards professional accreditation.
