• Previous experience working as a Design Manager or Senior Design Manager.
• Strong experience within major infrastructure environments.
• Experience coordinating multiple design disciplines and project stakeholders.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively within complex project environments.
• A structured and proactive approach to managing design delivery.

Responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating design activities across major infrastructure works.
• Working closely with project teams, designers and contractors.
• Supporting the development and delivery of design programmes.
• Ensuring design activities are effectively coordinated and aligned with project requirements.
• Managing design interfaces and resolving technical/design issues.
• Providing support and guidance to project stakeholders throughout the design and delivery lifecycle.
• Monitoring design progress, risks and key deliverables.
