Job summary

STRABAG UK is seeking a Senior Design Manager to lead the design process for complex industrial, logistics and high-rise projects across the UK. You will drive design from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring buildable, innovative solutions that meet client expectations while supporting safe and commercially successful delivery.

The role requires leading multidisciplinary teams, strong knowledge of BIM, and proficiency in regulations.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Senior Design Manager or Design Manager in construction.
• Strong understanding of design management across all RIBA stages.
• Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction legislation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from pre-construction through to completion.
• Coordinate external or in-house design teams.
• Prepare conceptual and detailed designs in line with standards and codes.
