You will coordinate consultants, subcontractors and internal teams, ensure buildability and compliance, and drive design programmes with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Design Manager working for a main contractor.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and building regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple design packages and drive programmes.

Responsibilities

• Managing design information throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinating consultants, subcontractors and internal project teams.
• Reviewing drawings and technical information for quality and buildability.
• Chairing design meetings and resolving technical issues.
• Managing design programmes to meet project requirements.
• Overseeing design trackers, approvals and project documentation.
