Job summary

Knightwood Associates Limited is seeking an experienced MEP Design Manager for its Berkshire head office, operating in a hybrid model. The role covers preconstruction MEP design and focuses on Stages 3 and 4, coordinating with consultants and subcontractors to ensure the design is implemented on site.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years in MEP roles, be a confident communicator, and comfortable working on-site.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience within an MEP position.
• Confident communicator with ability to liaise with MEP consultants and subcontractors.
• Comfortable working on-site and in a preconstruction environment.

Responsibilities

• Covering all the preconstruction stages of the MEP design process.
• Primarily focus on Stages 3 and 4 of the MEP design process.
• Review MEP design from subcontractors and deal with site queries.
• Liaise with MEP consultants and subcontractors to ensure implementation matches the design.
• Attend and minutes Design Team Meetings and workshops.
