Job summary

NMS Recruit Ltd t/a Russell Taylor Group is seeking a Senior Design Manager for a permanent role in the North West Manchester area. You will lead design phases from pre-construction to onsite delivery, chair client meetings, and oversee the design team on multiple projects.

Candidates should have at least 5 years contracting experience, strong knowledge of construction technology, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Project.

Qualifications

• Contracting experience of at least 5 years.
• Experience with construction technology platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook and Project.
• Ability to manage multiple projects or complex/high-value schemes.

Responsibilities

• Lead design phases from pre-construction through onsite delivery.
• Chair design meetings and coordinate with clients.
• Directly manage the design team and interface with the main contractor.
• Deliver projects for a Tier 1 contractor in the North West region.
