Romans Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Demolition Project Manager to oversee a Birmingham project involving RC cut and carve. You will plan, coordinate, and deliver demolition activities on site to meet programme requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, RAMS management, and the ability to communicate with clients and main contractors. Relevant qualifications (CCDO Black Card, SMSTS) are essential, with First Aid desirable.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing demolition projects, including RC cut and carve.
• Strong knowledge of demolition methodologies and temporary works.
• Experience managing demolition and saw-cutting teams.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, main contractors, and internal management teams.
• Experience producing and managing RAMS.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and reporting skills.
• Reliable references available upon request.

Responsabilités

• Plan, manage and oversee all demolition activities on site.
• Coordinate and supervise demolition and saw-cutting teams.
• Monitor progress against programme and provide regular updates to the Operations Manager.
• Liaise directly with the Main Contractor to coordinate site activities and ensure smooth project delivery.
• Attend site meetings and represent the demolition contractor professionally.
• Prepare and review RAMS.
• Ensure all works are carried out safely and in compliance with relevant legislation, company procedures, and site requirements.
• Manage day-to-day site operations and workforce performance.
• Identify and resolve operational issues to maintain programme targets.
• Promote and maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Ensure accurate record keeping and reporting throughout the project.
