CoStar Group in Irvine is seeking a creative content professional to develop and edit AI-assisted and original property content, ensuring brand alignment and campaign goals. You will coordinate production of direct mail and digital assets and review materials for accuracy and compliance.

You will collaborate with Demand Generation, Sales Enablement, and design teams on asset-specific campaigns, while supporting multiple marketing needs and improving workflows with AI tools.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of related design or content production experience.
• Proficiency with design and content-production tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite and AI-assisted content tools.
• Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and visual quality-review skills; high level of attention to detail and quality/compliance standards.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Practical AI fluency in your working process.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, edit, and quality-check AI-assisted and original content for property listings and asset marketing materials.
• Create print and digital marketing assets that align with brand standards, campaign objectives, and property-specific requirements.
• Coordinate production of direct mail and creative campaigns, from intake through final delivery, incorporating stakeholder feedback and managing deadlines.
• Review content and creative materials for accuracy, consistency, compliance, and overall quality before publication or distribution.
• Partner with Demand Generation, Sales Enablement, sales teams, and centralized content and design resources to develop asset-specific campaign materials.
• Provide general creative/content support across both seller-side and buyer-side marketing needs.
• Maintain organized project files and track multiple concurrent assignments to support timely, efficient execution.
• Identify opportunities to improve content and creative workflows, templates, and quality-control processes.
• Use AI tools in your own workflow for content drafting, quality review, and asset production to increase the speed and quality of listing and marketing content and share effective practices with the team.
