Job summary

Mimecast is hiring a Senior Program and Delivery Manager to partner with Product and R&D to own roadmap planning, translate goals into deliverables, and drive end-to-end delivery with a focus on AI-enabled workflows.

You'll oversee planning cadence, manage risks, dependencies, and reporting, ensuring alignment with business priorities while championing lightweight processes and high ownership across multi-team teams.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in Technical/Engineering Program Management across SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Translate business goals into deliverables with measurable outcomes.
• Strong cross-functional influence and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan, maintain, and own the area roadmap with a clear, ranked view of priorities.
• Lead weekly cadence with Product & R&D to review progress and resolve blockers.
• Enable AI adoption by embedding AI-powered workflows into practices.
• Identify frictions and misalignments; propose scalable improvements.
• Own metrics: cycle time, lead time, deployment frequency, and WIP.
