Mimecast Services Ltd is seeking a Senior Program and Delivery Manager to partner with Product and R&D leadership, owning the roadmap planning system and ensuring delivery of commitments across multiple teams.

You will drive planning cadences, resource alignment, and risk management while enabling AI-powered workflows to accelerate velocity and reliability. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate goals into concrete outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering SaaS or cybersecurity products.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap planning and alignment with Product & R&D.
• Lead weekly execution rhythm with leaders to resolve blockers.

• Own delivery metrics, reporting, and cadence for leadership.
