Job summary

Mimecast is seeking a Director of R&D for Email & Collaboration Threat Protection in London. You will lead a multi-squad engineering organisation, shaping strategy, governance, and delivery for the MTA platform that processes over 1.7 billion emails daily.

This is a high-impact leadership role within a hybrid London/Bangalore collaboration. You will drive AI-enabled development, establish leadership, and partner with Product, Security, and Operations to align priorities and roadmap

Qualifications

• Senior engineering leadership experience with multi-team oversight.
