Job summary

Beazley is seeking a Delegated Operations Manager to lead the delegated authorities programme, oversee third party binders, service companies and policy arrangements, and ensure adherence to pre-screening, monitoring and audit requirements.

You will manage the team, drive continuous improvement, coordinate audits, maintain documentation and provide management reporting to support risk and compliance functions.

Qualifications

• Education to A level or equivalent is required.
• A degree is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Delegated Operations team with regular appraisals and development.
• Coordinate and monitor audits for coverholders, DCAs and delegated arrangements; manage audit costs and communications.
• Ensure consistent procedures, documentation, SLAs and continuous improvement across the function.
• Provide management reporting and liaise with risk, compliance and audit teams.
• Assist in responding to Lloyd's and FCA requirements and support in business initiatives.
