Job summary

Turner & Townsend is building a Defence Infrastructure logistics capability and seeks an experienced Principal Consultant to deliver integrated logistics solutions across complex programmes. You will lead workshops, manage client relationships, and contribute to strategic logistics planning for Defence and related infrastructure projects.

The role requires hands-on delivery experience in major projects and a proactive, collaborative approach with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a major project environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Defence background is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of an integrated project team to ensure delivery of key client deliverables.
• Design and facilitate client workshops and presentations.
• Manage client relationships and identify business development opportunities.
• Contribute to bid proposals and defence/infrastructure project methodologies.
• Mentor junior staff and provide strategic consultancy on logistics and supply chains.
• Develop and implement innovative logistics strategies to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain governance across programmes.
