Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Principal Consultant – Defence Infrastructure (Logistics) to join our Defence team. You will lead integrated logistics strategies across programmes, support bid proposals, mentor junior staff and drive delivery of complex logistics projects for defence clients.

Applicants should bring hands-on experience in major projects, strong analytical and leadership skills, and the ability to design client workshops, manage relationships and realise business development

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics within major projects or defence sectors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead workshops and client presentations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver key client deliverables as part of an integrated project team.
• Design and facilitate client workshops and presentations.
• Manage client relationships and identify business development opportunities.
• Support bid proposals and project setup for defence logistics.
• Mentor and line-manage junior staff where applicable.
• Provide strategic consulting on logistics and supply chain management.
