Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the UK is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager to lead cross‑discipline teams on defence or infrastructure projects. You will define and govern cost, schedule and risk controls, and work with integrated teams to deliver robust baselines and transparent performance data.

The role requires experience in regulated sectors, strong leadership, and the ability to manage supplier interfaces, develop governance, and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Deliver projects in highly regulated sectors such as defence or infrastructure.
• Experience across the full Project lifecycle with multiple controls disciplines.
• Proven ability to establish and lead Project Controls teams and organisations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and lead cross-discipline Project Controls teams on high risk, high value projects.
• Define scope and establish a robust Work Breakdown Structure with stakeholders.
• Maintain Baselines, manage change control, and integrate cost, schedule and risk data.
• Collaborate with suppliers to align contractual requirements and performance data.
• Provide governance, training and mentoring to develop capability across teams.
