Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead Defence Infrastructure logistics, supporting complex programmes across the Defence and Infrastructure teams. You will drive integrated logistics strategy, governance, and asset tracking from procurement through operations and through-life management.

The role requires hands-on logistics expertise in major projects, strong leadership, and the ability to mentor junior staff while pursuing BD opportunities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on logistics experience within major projects.
• Ability to design and facilitate client workshops and presentations.
• Experience in managing client relationships and identifying BD opportunities.
• Strong delivery-focused mindset with risk and governance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Working as part of an integrated project team to ensure the delivery of key client deliverables.
• Designing and facilitating client workshops and presentations.
• Managing client relationships.
• Identifying and realising business development opportunities.
• Contributing towards the preparation of bid proposals.
• Supporting internal initiatives within Defence and Infrastructure teams.
