Brewers Decorator Centres in Bromborough is hiring a Retail Sales Advisor to provide exceptional service and help keep the branch and delivery service running smoothly. No prior product knowledge required; full training will be given, with a focus on customer care and teamwork.

The role offers a 42.5-hour week, Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a rota, and a salary of £29,894 per year plus pension and company benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work in a team and independently.
• Willing to undertake training to become Fire Marshall or First Aider.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to customers in branch.
• Use product knowledge to recommend products.
• Mix paint for customers, process special orders and stock requests.
• Develop sales of wallpaper, paint and fabric.
• Build relationships to identify customer needs for a comprehensive service.
• Promote seasonal items and merchandise in-store to boost sales.
• Assist with stock maintenance in the branch.
• Unload deliveries and ensure stock distribution throughout the store.
• Keep the warehouse organized and safe.
