Aon is recruiting a Senior DC Pensions Consultant to join the DC Consulting Team. The role is hybrid, offering flexibility to work virtually and from UK offices. Candidates should hold the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and bring extensive DC pensions consulting experience.

You will advise a portfolio of clients, lead delivery of DC pension strategy, and mentor junior colleagues while pursuing new business opportunities. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Holds the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning qualification.
• Expert knowledge of DC pension schemes and relevant regulations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strategic thinking and ability to identify growth opportunities.
• 5-8+ years of experience in DC pensions consulting.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Leads a portfolio of advisory clients, ensuring high standards of delivery.
• Develops and maintains strong client relationships, understanding their strategic needs.
• Provides strategic advice on DC pension scheme design, management, and compliance.
• Mentors and develops junior team members, contributing to their growth.
• Identifies opportunities to expand client services and business development.
• Attends client meetings and leads delivery of advice.
• Oversees tender submissions and pitches for new business.
• Maintains a strong internal and external network.
