Job summary

Aon is recruiting a Pensions Consultant to join the Trustee Retirement Consulting Team, focusing on governance of DB pension schemes. You will collaborate with clients and colleagues across a range of services, owning projects and driving them forward from BAU to expert governance work.

You’ll work with Trustees and Sponsors, contribute to strategic reviews, risk management, cybersecurity and pension dashboards, while enjoying flexible hybrid working across UK offices.

Qualifications

• Experience with defined benefit or defined contribution pensions is preferred.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Deliver governance and client management services for trustees and sponsors.
• Lead or support projects across BAU and specialist governance areas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive client outcomes and revenue.
