Job summary

Aon is recruiting a Pensions Consultant to join the Trustee Retirement Consulting Team, focusing on governance of DB pension schemes. You will own projects, collaborate with Trustees, Sponsors and Aon teams, and support operational reviews, risk management and governance services.

The role offers hybrid UK-based work across multiple offices with a mix of home/office working. You will contribute to client management and governance service delivery within a growing practice.

Qualifications

• Defined benefit or defined contribution pensions knowledge required or willing to learn.
• Strong communication and numeracy skills.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently with a flexible, can-do attitude.
• Experience in managing projects and time management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and Aon colleagues across a range of trustees and sponsors.
• Deliver governance and client management services to pension schemes, including secretariat and governance support.
• Lead or participate in projects on client engagements and broader consultancy initiatives.
• Support business development and revenue growth within the governance team.
