Job summary

Alexander Lloyd is recruiting a Senior DC Pensions Consultant for a UK-based pensions consultancy. The role sits in the DC Consulting division and focuses on client relationships, governance, and delivering pension advisory services.

The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of DC pension schemes, contribute to new business pitches, stay abreast of market trends and regulatory changes, and lead project work including provider reviews and scheme wind-ups.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in UK defined contribution pension advisory within a consultancy.
• Experience delivering governance and member outcomes for pension schemes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage client relationships, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed
• Contribute to new business pitches within DC consultancy
• Keep up to date with market trends, legislation, and governance requirements
• Lead and assist on projects, including provider reviews, scheme wind-ups, and AVC assessments
• Oversee a portfolio of clients, supporting governance and enhancing member outcomes
• Support DC research and analysis of providers
• Collaborate within a team, offering leadership and guidance
• Proven experience working in the UK defined contribution pension advisory sector within a consultancy environment

Here at Alexander Lloyd, we are currently working with a UK-based consultancy firm specialising in pensions, investments and financial advice to support their search for a Senior DC Pensions Consultant to join their DC Consulting division.

Role & Responsibilities:
