Job summary

LCP is seeking a Senior DC Pension Consultant to join its DC Practice in London or Winchester with hybrid working. You will build and sustain client relationships, lead governance-focused projects, and contribute to master trust reviews and wind-up considerations.

Ideal candidates will hold PMI qualification (or FIA/FFA/CFA) with UK DC consultancy experience, strong communication, and commercial awareness. Investment knowledge is a plus and the role offers a collaborative, performance-driven

Qualifications

PMI qualified or FIA/FFA/CFA with post-qualification experience.
Experience in UK DC pension scheme advisory within a consultancy.
Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness.
Investment knowledge advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

Build and lead client relationships, identifying needs and driving outcomes.
Support new business pitches for DC consultancy work.
Maintain knowledge of market practice, legislation, and governance requirements.
Lead projects including master trust / GPP reviews and wind-up considerations.
Manage a client portfolio with governance meetings and stakeholder collaboration.
Collaborate with investment colleagues to tailor client advice.
