Job summary

Front Row Recruitment is seeking a Senior Administrator for a respected Pension Consultancy's Defined Benefit team in Leeds. You will prioritise workloads and assist the Administration Manager to keep the team operating smoothly, delivering accurate pension administration with SLA deadlines.

The role requires solid DB knowledge and hands-on experience with leavers, retirements, deaths and transfers, plus strong numeracy, communication and organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience with Defined Benefit pension schemes and associated calculations.
• Ability to handle leavers, retirements, deaths and transfers.
• Strong numeracy, communication and organisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prioritise day-to-day workload of the Defined Benefit team.
• Assist the Administration Manager to ensure SLA deadlines are met.
• Handle complex pension tasks such as calculations and scheme projects.
• Be a contact for clients, trustees and senior scheme members.
• Support annual projects like renewals, benefit statements and increases.
• Provide input on process and procedural changes.
• Mentor less experienced colleagues.
