Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing and managing data security controls in cloud-native or enterprise environments.
• Strong automation and scripting skills (Python & Bash/Shell).
• Solid understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and risk-based thinking.
• Ability to translate governance policies into automated remediation workflows and CI/CD security gates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the deployment and daily management of Enterprise DLP and encryption solutions across network, cloud, endpoint, and AI environments to protect data at rest, in transit, and in use.
• Manage automated data discovery pipelines to ensure sensitive information is accurately mapped and protected, extending controls to AI-integrated environments.
• Collaborate with Security Architecture to embed data protection controls, cryptography, and IaC baselines into CI/CD developer workflows.
• Translate data security policies into executable Policy-as-Code (e.g., OPA) and deploy automated guardrails and remediation scripts.
• Build API integrations between security scanners and ticketing systems to prioritize and tune data security alerts.
• Provide automated feedback loops, documentation, and developer-friendly data protection tools to prevent leaks before deployment.
