Job summary

Kainos is seeking a Senior Data Scientist for its Workday Products division to develop high-quality AI/ML solutions across our expanding Workday suite, including Smart tests and analytics. You will collaborate with engineering to deploy models into production and drive impact across clients.

You’ll apply advanced ML, work with LLMs, and build interactive dashboards while mentoring junior teammates and contributing to project success.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in mathematics, statistics and ML principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality AI/ML solutions for Workday products
• Deploy AI/ML models to production in collaboration with engineering teams
• Lead client projects and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Mentor junior team members and participate in performance appraisals
