Job summary

Kainos is looking for a Senior Data Scientist to develop and deploy AI/ML solutions for our Workday product suite. You will focus on creating scalable, high-quality models and tooling that enhance functionality and efficiency across the product line.

You may also take on some line management responsibilities for junior team members, collaborating closely with engineering and product teams.

Qualifications

• Typically 4–5 years of relevant industry experience, or with a relevant PhD.
• Proficient in applying math, stats and ML to derive insights from data.
• Strong Python coding for production AI/ML solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop high quality AI/ML solutions for Workday product suite.
• Design and deliver scalable AI/ML systems, improve functionality and efficiency.
• Possibly lead some junior engineers and carry line management responsibilities.
