AutoTrader UK is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to steer Data Science at the company. You will lead a cross-functional squad, prioritise ML-driven projects, and shape data strategies with input from leadership, Data Analysts, and engineers.

Your work will focus on developing ML-centric data products and scalable data solutions. You will collaborate across teams to identify opportunities, mentor other data scientists, and drive the analytics community by setting standards and tools.

Formación

• Proven track record delivering data science solutions in a commercial setting.
• Experience productionising ML workflows and deployment/monitoring strategies.
• Deep understanding of ML frameworks, algorithms and statistical methods.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience leading data science projects in cross-functional teams and mentoring others.
• Ability to engage stakeholders to identify opportunities and influence roadmaps.
• Passion for coaching Data Analysts and Data Scientists.

Responsabilidades

• Define and direct Data Science strategy for Autotrader’s products and services.
• Lead cross-functional squads focusing on ML-centric data products.
• Coordinate with Data Analysts, Software Engineers and leadership to prioritize projects.
