Faculty is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead high-impact AI safety projects and shape upstream evaluation standards. You will design robust experiments, build scalable software architectures, and mentor technical team members to ensure delivery excellence.

You will collaborate with Frontier Labs to translate complex problems into rigorous frameworks, while maintaining strong scientific rigor and client-focused outcomes. This role requires on-site work with occasional client engagements.

Qualifikationen

• Senior data scientist with upstream safety research experience.
• Strong Python skills using NumPy and Pandas.
• Ability to design robust experiments and evaluation frameworks.
• Experience mentoring technical staff and leading projects.
• Ability to bridge science with client requirements in Frontier Labs.
