Job summary

Faculty, a leader in responsible AI, seeks a Software Engineer to deliver production-grade ML solutions for global clients. You will bridge AI research and real-world impact, crafting scalable ML systems and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure feasible, secure, and high-impact deployments.

You will work on defining deployment standards, advising stakeholders, and contributing to pioneering AI safety efforts with Frontier Labs, driving practical, high-stakes AI applications.

Qualifications

• Strong Python programming skills and software engineering best practices.
• Experience building LLM applications and multi-agent tooling.
• Familiarity with AI safety evaluation procedures and deploying ML systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy production-grade ML software and tools.
• Create scalable solutions for rapid ML deployment and testing.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and commercial leads to solve client challenges.
• Lead technical scoping and architecture decisions for feasible, impactful projects.
• Define and implement standards for deploying ML at scale.
