Faculty is seeking a Senior Manager in its AI Safety team to lead delivery of frontier model evaluations and safeguard testing for clients, including collaboration with government and public services sectors. You’ll translate cutting-edge AI safety research into actionable changes and work with labs like OpenAI and Anthropic to shape strategic solutions.

You’ll build trusted partnerships with clients and internal data scientists while mentoring peers and expanding the governance and safety

Qualificações

• Proven experience or passion for Applied AI safety from labs, academia, or evaluation/red-teaming roles.
• Understanding of consulting delivery models and account growth.
• Ability to translate AI safety research into strategic business recommendations.
• Interest in joining a globally leading AI safety team.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee delivery of AI safety evaluations and red-teaming projects for clients.
• Build strong relationships with customers, safety scientists, and partners.
• Develop proposals to grow AI safety and governance work across sectors.
• Advise clients on AI safety strategy and technical implementation.
• Mentor and develop team members for the growing AI safety domain.
• Provide strategic flexibility to maximize commercial impact.
