Ripple is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to drive analytics across its product and business portfolio. You’ll build the scientific frameworks teams use to evaluate product and business performance, and use AI tooling to accelerate the speed and reach of your analysis.

You’ll partner with product and business leads to frame the right questions, apply rigorous methods, and ensure decisions rest on a thorough, evidence-based foundation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of data science or quantitative analytics with measurable impact on product decisions.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to shape roadmaps and decisions.
• Analytics frameworks design that others adopt and build on.
• Hands-on AI to accelerate analytics workflows and supply self-serve insights.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the data science lead for one or more product areas, applying strong methodology.
• Partner with product and business leads to shape roadmap decisions and success metrics.
• Build scientific frameworks: product metrics, causal inference, and forecasting.
• Apply AI to scale insight generation and automate routine analyses.
• Drive evidence-based evaluation of growth, adoption, and on-chain activity.
• Define and communicate metrics to senior stakeholders; mentor junior data scientists.
